Effective measures have been put in place to reduce energy consumption, manage waste responsibly and preserve the environment within the buildings: insulation, low-energy lighting, water fountains, elimination of cups, waste sorting, display of eco-actions, installation of charging stations for electric vehicles, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social<\/strong>: 100% of jobs are on permanent contracts, two days of teleworking have been introduced, the latest survey carried out in 2023 on the well-being of Netsystem employees revealed a degree of motivation of 82% and a degree of involvement of 84%
