Context & objectives

IRTS is a French company with 60 employees specializing in the manufacture of hardened electronics (screens, computers) for harsh environments. With almost 30 years’ experience, it is considered strategic by the French Ministry of Defense.

At the request of the Direction Générale de l’Armement (DGA), IRTS had to comply with cybersecurity requirements by obtaining PASSI certification. Netsystem was commissioned to carry out a maturity audit and provide an accurate snapshot of the company’s level of security.

Targeted interviews with technical (network/security manager) and business (governance, data) referents.
Production of a detailed report highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of the security system.
Development of a structured action plan to correct identified weaknesses.

Launch of a 12-month cybersecurity continuous improvement program.
Shared awareness of cybersecurity risks and priorities.
Multi-year action plan underway to achieve PASSI objectives.
