Our history
Netsystem is an IT and digital transformation consulting firm serving private and public sector organisations, notably specialising in M&A transactions.
Netsystem is based in Paris, Aix-en-Provence, Toulouse and Tours. The firm is regularly called on to operate in EMEA (Europe, Middle-East et Africa) et NORAM (North America) thanks to its benchmark offering in the field of ICT M&A transactions.
Highly pragmatic, the Netsystem approach stands out from the rest of the market through its determination to optimise its clients’ exploitation of technology during implementation of their strategy.

Key dates
2011 :
Olivier Cazzulo founds Netsystem and quickly develops expertise in merger & acquisition transactions (M&A IT), serving investment funds when IT represents a strategic issue.
2013 :
In order to supplement its value proposition in the fields of infrastructure and networks, Netsystem joins forces with the STEDIA group and its subsidiary Synergie Conseil Technologie (SCT), founded in 2003.
2016 :
Netsystem acquires a controlling stake in SCT in order to consolidate the arrangement and the strategic partnership.
2017 :
Netsystem acquires 100% of the capital of SCT and accelerates its organic growth through the recruitment of Philippe Jeandroz, Sales & Marketing Director.
2018 :
Founding of Netsystem Paris, dedicated to development of the M&A offering; Laurent Grimaldi, former director of venture capital at ARDIAN, joins the firm as partner.
2019 :
Founding of DPO System, a special purpose entity dedicated to GDPR compliance and the outsourcing of the DPO function.
2021 :
Launch of the dposystem franchise networ
