Context & objectives

The Eurobio Scientific group is at the forefront of innovation in the fields of infectious diseases, transplantation, and oncology, developing and maintaining a comprehensive portfolio of molecular diagnostic products comprising our own solutions and those of our partners.

Currently experiencing strong growth through acquisitions, the group wishes to streamline its information system across its various entities. In order to successfully complete this project, Eurobio sought support in drawing up a roadmap for IT projects over the next three years. In particular, this roadmap was to focus on infrastructure, security, ERP, CRM, and HRIS aspects.

Eurobio has 350 employees, a presence in seven countries, and a turnover of more than €30 million.

Business challenge

Understand the political context and the different drivers of each entity, some of which are extremely independent from the group and vary greatly in size (between 20 and 200 people).
Understand the vision of the COO and the CIO.
Gather all the requirements of the different entities while integrating the group’s vision.
Establish a roadmap and provide decision-making information regarding the solutions to be implemented (CRM, HRIS).
Assess Eurobio’s capacity to carry out several projects in parallel in the coming years.
Review the IT organization and propose a target team capable of carrying out these ambitious projects.
