As an engineering office, engine tuner, racing car manufacturer, events agency and distributor of the world’s leading brands of motor sports and leisure equipment and accessories, the ORECA Group continues to develop and diversify, with a constant duty to adapt to developments in an ever-changing world.
Project duration: 15 months
ORECA has chosen to deploy IFS ERP. This solution aims to automate numerous operations, such as reminders, workflows and reporting, while improving inter-entity flows. This ERP will eventually enable ORECA to accelerate its international expansion.
The various phases, from analysis to deployment:
1. Analysis of internal procedures and definition of the target solution.
2. Consultation process to select the solution, starting with an RFI, followed by a detailed RFP. Netsystem was responsible for drafting the required documents and facilitating exchanges with the candidates. Netsystem also carried out an in-depth analysis of the financial and technical aspects of the proposals submitted.
3. Implementation support phase including the installation of methodological tools for monitoring the project, participation in and preparation for the COPIL/COPRO committees, as well as the organisation of the acceptance site.
