Netsystem has been a signatory of Planet Tech Care since 2021 (find out more) and has been involved in the span style=”color: #00ff00;”>Companies for Climate Convention since 2023 (find out more).

A CSR policy that results in concrete actions

Environment: Effective measures have been put in place to reduce energy consumption, manage waste responsibly and preserve the environment within the buildings: insulation, low-energy lighting, water fountains, elimination of cups, waste sorting, display of eco-actions, installation of charging stations for electric vehicles, etc.

Social: 100% of jobs are on permanent contracts, two days of teleworking have been introduced, the latest survey carried out in 2023 on the well-being of Netsystem employees revealed a degree of motivation of 82% and a degree of involvement of 84% within the teams.

Governance to steer our progress

  • Pierre ROUZAUD is responsible for steering and monitoring Netsystem’s CSR policy.
  • A steering committee has been set up and meets once a quarter.
  • Working committees meet regularly to make progress on the various initiatives.

A tool-based approach with the ZEI diagnosis: measure, act and manage

In 2024, Netsystem carried out its first ESG diagnosis according to the ZEI benchmark and obtained a very honourable score of close to 40% for the environment, over 70% for social issues and 62% for governance.
Netsystem aims to improve this score over time, with visible progress from 2025.
