Supported in particular by LBO France, the company has developed a strong external growth strategy and its business is based on a digital ecosystem developed and maintained in-house, one of the group’s assets.

As part of a project to sell its stake, LBO France selected Netsystem to support them in preparing the IT component of the VDD.
