Innoflex group : IT Due Diligence

Find out how Netsystem’s IT M&A experts conducted the IT due diligence for Innoflex Group (a company specializing in bedding) on behalf of CDG Invest Growth.

Context & objectives

Innoflex Group is a company specializing in the production and distribution of high-end polyurethane foams and bedding in Casablanca, Morocco. Its customers include private individuals, upholstery companies, and manufacturers seeking durable, compliant materials, as well as the furniture and bedding retail sectors.
The Group operates its own distribution network for bedding and foam products under the Moul Pounj brand, with 40 retail locations and two e-commerce sites.

To accelerate its industrial expansion, the group opened up its capital, and it was at this juncture that CDG Invest Growth participated in the funding round.
These funds will be used for three specific objectives: opening a new automated production facility, strengthening the Group’s governance, and entering new markets, notably the automotive and premium hospitality sectors.

On this occasion, CDG Invest Growth commissioned Netsystem to conduct the Group’s IT due diligence.
