Initial situation:
Gunnebo France, Gunnebo Belgium, Fichet-Bauche and Gunnebo Electronic Security are business units of Gunnebo, a Swedish industrial group. The company specialises in security solutions for property and buildings.
Their information systems are highly integrated with the group across the entire technical base and application domain (customer services, workflows, quality, NCN, etc.).
This business has been sold to OpenGate Capital, a private equity fund.
Business challenge
Carry out an IT audit of all IT components (infrastructure, applications, etc.).
Devising the ideal plan for making the various entities autonomous (timing, management, etc.) without interrupting production.
