VTF, which had already worked with Netsystem on a Salesforce CRM implementation project between 2018 and 2020, has once again called on Netsystem to help and support it in choosing the right IT service provider to overhaul their website.
VTF Vacances, one of France’s largest tourism associations, offers all-inclusive holidays in holiday villages and hotels in France, as well as holidays and tours abroad for individuals, couples, families or groups.
For over 60 years, VTF has been part of the Social and Solidarity Economy, with the mission of offering holidays to as many people as possible, while respecting social and cultural differences, social cohesion and personal balance.
As part of its development and to adapt to new uses, particularly mobile sales, VTF needs to upgrade its information system and optimise the customer experience on its website. In particular, this involved making the purchasing process more fluid. VTF, which had already worked with Netsystem on a mission to implement Salesforce CRM between 2018 and 2020, has once again called on Netsystem to help and support it in choosing the right IT service provider to overhaul their website.
Netsystem assisted with the entire selection process, from the drafting of specifications to the final decision, including sourcing, analysing applications and conducting interviews.
