Netsystem was commissioned by an investment fund to carry out an audit of CUBE’s assets and to challenge the VDD (vendor due diligence) carried out by CUBE prior to its fund-raising. The objective? To analyse CUBE’s position in the market, its business model, its strengths and weaknesses, and therefore the appropriateness of investing in its development.

Business challenge
  • Carry out a complete SWOT (Strengths – Weaknesses – Opportunities – Threats) analysis in a short timeframe (between 15 days and 3 weeks).
  • Provide a clear view of the data centre market, positioning in relation to competitors, CUBE’s business model and strategy.
Results

Carrying out a 360° strategic audit and, in particular, a SWOT analysis, which enabled the investment fund to make a well-informed decision in favour of CUBE’s fundraising.
