Context & objectives

Pam Building is an industrial company that designs, manufactures and markets cast iron pipes for drainage, domestic water and rainwater systems in buildings.

With 400 employees and a turnover of €110 million, the company has two production sites (in France and England) and its products are distributed in 50 countries worldwide.

In partnership with BPI France, the Aldebaran Capital Partners fund acquired this business from the Saint-Gobain Group and became a shareholder at the end of 2024.

Like other support functions, Pam Building’s IT system is entirely dependent on the group: an IT carve-out must therefore be carried out to make Pam Building self-sufficient and fully independent.

Business challenge

Complete the project within 12 months without disrupting the company’s operations
Comply with the strict requirements imposed by Saint-Gobain, particularly in terms of cybersecurity and the duration of the TSA
Implement a rich application landscape by ensuring effective integration and data flow between software, customers and suppliers, particularly during the migration phases.
